Thermal Insulation
Pipe & Equipment Insulation
Insulation for pipes, ducts, process equipment, vessels and suitable industrial surfaces.
Pipe and Process Equipment Insulation
Uninsulated pipes and equipment lose or gain heat continuously, wasting energy and making process temperatures harder to hold. Falcon insulates pipes, ducts, process equipment, vessels and other suitable industrial surfaces to keep temperatures stable.
Systems are selected for the operating temperature, environment and available space, including thin aerogel options where space is tight.
Actual insulation performance depends on product grade, substrate, thickness, ambient conditions, surface preparation and application conditions. Final performance shall be based on approved technical data and project requirements.
Thermal InsulationWhat We Offer
Pipework insulation
Insulation for process and utility pipe runs.
Ductwork insulation
Insulation for ducts and similar ducted services.
Vessel and equipment insulation
Insulation for vessels and process equipment surfaces.
Thin-profile aerogel
Low-thickness systems where clearance is limited.
Site survey
Surfaces surveyed so material and thickness are right first time.
Documented handover
Applied scope and thickness recorded for your records.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can be insulated?
Pipes, ducts, process equipment, vessels and other suitable industrial surfaces. A site survey confirms suitability and the best system.
Is aerogel suitable for pipes?
Aerogel's thin, lightweight profile makes it a strong option where space is limited. Suitability depends on operating temperature and conditions, confirmed against approved technical data.
Can insulation be applied while the plant is running?
Some work can be planned around operating plant, depending on temperature, access and safety requirements. This is agreed during the site survey.
