Tank Solutions — Polyethylene Tanks
Vertical PE Tank
The standard rotomolded polyethylene tank shape for water and chemical storage.
Vertical PE Tank
An upright rotomolded tank for water and compatible liquids, generally seamless, usually needing a level and continuous support surface.
Working capacity, liquid density, temperature, access opening, vent, outlet reinforcement, UV exposure and fittings are all taken from the selected model's datasheet — a polymer name alone does not establish suitability for fuel, aggressive chemicals or potable water.
Polyethylene TanksSpecification
- Material
- Rotomolded LLDPE/MDPE/HDPE; XLPE is a distinct material where documented
- Support
- Usually requires a level, continuous support surface
- Set from datasheet
- Working capacity, liquid density, temperature, access, vent, outlet reinforcement, UV exposure
- Suitability
- Fuel / aggressive chemical / potable use confirmed per model, not from polymer name
- To confirm per project
- Model, resin grade, dimensions and delivery status

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a PE tank automatically food- or potable-grade?
No — potable or food contact needs model-specific evidence and UV/food-contact documentation; it can't be assumed from the resin name.
Does a vertical PE tank need special support?
It usually needs a level, continuous support surface — point or uneven support can overstress the moulded base.
